NCH ISO 2000 & 4000 Containers:

Specifically designed for the transport of 20 ft. and 40 ft. sea containers NCH has developed the ISO2000 & ISO4000 container systems which allow operators to optimise the use of both truck and driver times and reduce loading and unloading to a minimum.

Traditionally, container loading is usually done in the horizontal position which results in only partial fillment, with the ISO 2000 and 4000 system containers can be positioned vertically and can therefore be completely filled.

Worldwide more than 5000 containers are now placed vertically every day.

Operation:  The installation can be operated entirely from the cab or alternatively by remote control.  Operation is simple and containers can be mounted or dismounted in approximately five minutes.  Overall body weight is low and the ISO systems can pick up a whole range of container types.

For safety:  gear locks and locking claws are fitted as standard.  Optimum tipping stability is achieved using a combined link and double acting cylinder and winding rollers have been designed to ensure that the cables will remain on the rollers at all times.  Rubber rollers are also fitted to prevent cables from slackening on the thread rollers.
